​​On the Big Day!

Arrive on the wedding day to assist with setting up personal items for the ceremony and reception sites, staying through the end of the reception (up to 12 hours on the wedding day unless otherwise agreed).

Our team will welcome and direct guests as they arrive.

Manage vendors on your wedding day with a detailed timeline, providing tips and final payments, introductions, playlists, etc., as necessary.

Ensure all personal items, such as photos, personalized items, and signage, are set up.

Collaborate with the DJ or MC to coordinate ceremony and reception events, including bouquet toss, dances, champagne toasts, grand exit, etc.

Assist with the breakdown after your event, including boxing up personal items and delivering them to the designated person.
