Services include up to 4 meetings covering onboarding, a site tour, and a detailed meeting to gather all planning, decor-related details, and vendor information. A team of skilled professionals will assist with decor setup for the ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour. You will have access to our online planning portal Aisle Planner, which is provided to help manage your wedding effectively. A detailed wedding day timeline will be developed, starting from preparations like hair and makeup for the girls and continuing through the reception. This timeline will be shared with vendors to ensure everyone is coordinated. All vendors will be confirmed a week before the wedding Vendor contacts and phone numbers will be kept on hand in case of emergencies. All vendors will be directed to contact us on the wedding day, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day without interruptions. We will attend and oversee the ceremony rehearsal (if applicable) to ensure everyone knows their roles and the correct order of procession.
On the Wedding Day:
- We will arrive to greet vendors and set up personal items for the ceremony and reception sites.
- Boutonnieres will be pinned and corsages will be distributed to the wedding party members.
- The wedding party will be coordinated to ensure a smooth ceremony.
- We will provide a wedding day emergency kit with essential items.
- Transportation of items between the ceremony and reception locations will be managed.
- Guests will be directed to the cocktail hour and the wedding party will be gathered for introductions.
- We will ensure the DJ/band announces the wedding party names correctly and keep the reception on schedule.
- Acting as the point of contact, we will coordinate with key vendors to ensure everyone is informed of the reception schedule.
- Personal items like gifts, cake toppers, and marriage licenses will be packed up at the end of the event.
- Various other tasks involved in the wedding day will be handled smoothly.
